Day 1: A Glimpse of Hanoi by Scooter (Breakfast/Lunch)

Hanoi is the capital of Vietnam and is one of the cultural centres of Vietnam. Its tree lined boulevards, colonial architecture, temples, museums, make Hanoi an enchanting, vibrant and spiritual place to visit. The city is rich in history and the tangled streets of the old quarter with its swarms of motorbikes is a must to explore.
Morning: With your guide and driver discover Hanoi by scooter- enjoy being a passenger on this scooter tour to explore the sites of Hanoi- Cathedral, Opera House, Hanoi Prison (known as the Hanoi Hilton), Train Street and some secret spots tucked away. Experience Vietnamese hospitality and local food on this tour. Approx 4 hours.

Day 2: Hanoi-Mai Chau Culture (Breakfast/Lunch)
Morning: Transfer to Mai Chau.
Mai Chau is known for its beautiful landscapes and is set in an idyllic valley. It holds rich ethnic culture and a diverse range of outdoor adventures for many levels. Offering a great escape from the hustle and bustle of busy city life.
On arrival explore the local village and its culture with your guide.

Day 3: Mai Chau-Authentic Ninh Binh (Breakfast/Lunch)
Morning: Transfer from Mai Chau to Ninh Binh provenance located South of Hanoi. Approx 2.5- 3 hours.
With your guide explore this gem, its ancient wonders which are rich in history and culture. Discover the magical scenery by a boat, as you travel through caves and jungle covered casts.

Day 5: Ninh Binh-Halong Bay – (Lan Ha Bay) Overnight Cruise (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner)
Halong Bay is a UNESCO world heritage site and is dotted with limestone karsts and isles in various shapes and sizes. It covers an area of approximately 15,000 sqkms.
Travel from Ninh Binh to the cruise office at Lan Ha. You will be transferred by tender boat to the big boat. On board staff will advise the range of activities available for you after lunch. You will be accommodated in a private cabin with your own private ensuite and balcony.
Please note Halong Bay is approx 15,000 km and all cruise boats have a licence to operate in a specific area, so our cruises take place in Lan Ha Bay and Emerald Ocean.
There is a range of activities such as kayaking, a spring roll making class, a visit to a cave and a boat ride to what the floating village was historically.
The cruise is a perfect escape, and it also offers an opportunity to relax and unwind. You can sit back on the top deck and enjoy the spectacular scenery while cruising through the bay. There is a spa and small pool located on the boat.

Day 7: Halong Bay-Hanoi. (Breakfast/Lunch)
Morning activities will be offered by cruise staff. After lunch disembark and transfer to your Hanoi hotel.

Day 8: Hanoi- Discover Hue (Flight) (Breakfast/Lunch)
Morning: You will fly from Hanoi to Hue, located in central Vietnam. Hue pronounced ‘hway’ was historically the capital of Vietnam and is home to many national treasures.
On arrival pick up from Hue airport by your guide and driver for Hue City tour.
Visit famous historical sites such as, the Imperial City (Citadel), Thien Mu pagoda, Tomb of Emperor Minh Mang and the Perfume River. After the city tour you will be taken to your hotel for check in.

Day 9: Hue-Via the Hai Van Pass to Hoi An Ancient Town (Breakfast)
Morning: Transfer from Hue to Hoi An over the Hai Van pass by either car or van.
The Hai Van pass is a section of road that hugs the coastline of Central Vietnam and has some stunning views for photo opportunities.
Hoi An is a favourite destination in central Vietnam.
If offers a mix of old-world charm, vibrant coloured lanterns, quaint architecture, beaches, tailored shopping, fabulous restaurants and bars along the riverside and beach. Making this destination an extremely appealing location.
On arrival check into your hotel.

Day 11: Hoi An Countryside Vespa or Jeep Tour (Breakfast/Lunch)
Morning: The Hoi An Countryside Vespa or Jeep Tour highlights include exploring the agricultural practices of local farmers, visiting their crops, and livestock. You’ll experience how traditional occupations have transformed over time, from weaving and rice-wine making to newer industries like bird’s nest farming and aquaculture. Interacting with friendly locals and experience genuine cultural exchanges, forming new friendships along the way. Immerse yourself in the true essence of Vietnamese hospitality by indulging in an Authentic Vietnamese Food with a local family, savouring the flavours of authentic Vietnamese cuisine. Approx 4 hours with a guide and driver.

Day 12: Hanoi- Danang –Ho Chi Minh City Explore (Flight) (Breakfast/Lunch)
Ho Chi Minh (formally known as Saigon) is a modern city, despite its many historic sites to explore and it holds an endearing charm.
Morning: Transfer from Hanoi hotel to Hanoi airport. Flight from Hanoi to Danang. On arrival meet by your guide and driver for lunch and then commence your City tour.
With your local guide discover the history and significance of Reunification Palace, Notre Dame Cathedral, War Memorial Museum and the Central Post Office. A glimpse into Vietnam’s historical past. At the completion of your exploring, you will be dropped off at your hotel for check in.

Day 13: Ho Chi Minh-Mekong Delta (My Tho) Area at a glance
(Breakfast/Lunch)
Morning: The Mekong is a vast region of islands and waterways that unravels into nine rivers, located in Southern Vietnam. Known as the “Rice bowl” of Vietnam due to its high production of rice. Explore an area of the Mekong (known as May Tho) with your guide by boat. The Mekong Delta is centred around many different waterways and is the form of transportation in this area. During the journey, you will explore local life, family businesses and get a sense of real life for people living in this region. This is a full day exploring.
