Important information to read before making any reservation please.

The following terms and conditions apply to your reservations made with Jo

Deposits/Payments

A deposit of 50 per cent of the total of the trip is required on confirmation of your booking

By Direct Credit to New Zealand Bank Account

Details will be provided on your invoice.

Privacy Policy

Jo is committed to maintaining the highest level of confidentiality.

Any personal information that requires being shared to a third party  ie airline booking will be confirmed.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by Client

There may be cancellation fees charged by suppliers (hotels, airlines…) once these bookings are made and paid. These fee shall by paid by the client.

These are maximum cancellation fees will be applied Cancellation received from 30 days prior arrival date: 30% of total package tour charged + Cancellation fees charged by airlines, hotels… (if any)

Cancellation received from 29 days to 15 days prior arrival date: 50% of total package tour charged + Cancellation fees charged by airlines, hotels… (if any)

Cancellation received 30 days or less prior arrival date or during tour or No-Show: 100% of total package

Unused Services

No refunds or changes are accepted in relation to accommodations, meals, excursions, transportation or any other services included in your confirmed holiday plan once your land arrangements have commenced for any reason whatsoever.

Travel Insurance

No booking is accepted without proof of travel insurance for all person/s included in the holiday plan

Full Terms & Conditions

A copy of our full terms and conditions will be emailed to clients with any draft holiday plan.

A confirmed holiday plan- the T & C`s must be read, signed and return to Jo before she will confirm a booking.
